A new strategic plan is under way

 TDA is preparing 5 year strategic plan, after a decision passed to prepare a new strategic plan from the newly elected board members of TDA, during TDA’s 7^th general assembly.

This strategic plan, applicable from 2000-2004 E.C, is different from the previous one and it is expected to transform the organization to the new pace.

Strategic plan preparation TOR and action plan is already prepared and two interim committees are set to accomplish this task namely steering and planning committee.    

TDA is now in need of all Stake holders’ contribution in the planning process.

So TDA called upon every chapter, member and supporter in giving necessary feed back, and constructive ideas. Up on the request questionnaires are disseminated by the planning committee. To benefit TDA’s five year strategic plan we cordially invite all members to contribute their best.
